9 months

As some of you may remember, we have been growing our own Christmas tree. I was planning on posting our tree as it grew. Sadly Bee ate it! What a little Stinker.

Helping Mum bake a cake

Swimming with Grandma Ranger

Bee's first suit. How handsome is he?

Bee makes this ridiculous face. He makes it whenever the camera is out or when someone asks him to smile. We are calling it his scrunch face.

Playing the piano with Mum. Future Mozart?

Slowly but Surely

Our renovations seem to be taking forever but we have gotten quite a bit done when I look back at where we started.

New kitchen downstairs

Things seem to have slowed down. I think that's because we keep adding projects. For an example we are putting laundry on the main floor. To accomplish this we made a closet at the end of the hallway. Between the two bedrooms. Now we have to drywall and paint the closet but the rooms also need new drywall. Bees room was done but since we shortened his closet now we have to drywall and paint more wall. Ugh. Same with our bedroom but I haven't even thought about what I want done on there. I probably won't even think about it til next year at least!! Maybe two years. I am going to need a break.

This picture was taken from my bed. This made naps and bedtime difficult. Bee knew we were up and thought he should be awake too.

9 months in the making

Its official Bee is growing fast. He has been out as long as he was in.

Here is a little flash back for you. It was only 9 months ago but I feel like it has been a lifetime ago. A lot of changes have happened since then. I love it!

I loved who I was, who we were. Our life. Everything was wonderful. Now with Bee, it has just gotten better. I love our family. I love watching Jason as he develops as a dad. I love Bee, watching him experiment , learn and develop. It is so rewarding. I love who I am becoming and the skills I am learning. Being a mom is one of the greatest blessings in my life.

Plan B

Our plan B turned out to be a delicious breakfast for two at the Echo Lake Cafe! It was a perfect little getaway during our vacation.

Such a cute country style restaurant. We sat out on the patio and enjoyed the sunlight. It was a gorgeous day.

Our other plan B was our wedding pictures!! Woot woot! I was less than impressed with our actual wedding pictures so we redid our day. Bought flowers. Got my nails all fancy. Polished our wedding rings. Put on our wedding attire. Drove out to the temple grounds.

I am so glad that we redid them. I finally have pictures that I can put in our house. My dress is white, not blue. We are in focus and the poses are actually flattering. Here are some of our new ones!

I hope you love them as much as we do.

My computer doesn't want to be my friend today... There is more to see, please come back soon.

Cabin fun

Jason making his popular protein balls.

Wrestling with my Dad aka Uncle Barry/Grandpa

JJ helping me give Bee a bath. He loved it, it was really cute.

This is how we roll.... yarn that is. Uncle Brad, my Dad and Uncle Vince all joined together to help Aunt Tracy. My favorite part about this picture is that my Dad is wearing his sunglasses. Styling!!

More the Merrier

This year was our second anniversary. We decided to do something that neither of us had ever done before. Whitefish ski resort!! We were going to go on a romantic ride on the ski lift, have lunch and just have a blast!!

Sounds like a wonderful idea. Right? That's what my extended family thought too. We didn't tell anyone our plans before hand but when we got down to the cabin they wanted to have a new family experience. The final decisions was to go to whitefish to ride the gondolas.....

Our brilliant romantic anniversary date went down the drain.... Bring on plan B

We went to whitefish with the whole family and had a great time. We don't get to see them often so I'm glad they could crash our date.

On our way up we rode in a covered ski lift. It was a bit chilly and Bee is too much of a wiggler to sit on an open lift.....Eek

On the way back down we were brave and took the open lift!! Both of us do NOT enjoy heights but we did it anyways. Sometimes we live on the wild side. I know we get crazy sometimes. We thought that since we didn't end up having the whole adventure to ourselves that we should at least go on a romantic ride. We nearly froze....
