Ninth Day of Christmas

Our next celebration was a combined effort yet again. Christmas and my Grandma Robinson's 80th birthday. We had our traditional Christmas tacos followed with cake. Our Tacos wouldn't be the same without Grandma sneaking in beans. She has done it every year that I can remember. Just one of those little things that make Christmas Tacos extra special.

To bring in the evening focus back to Christ we read and re-enacted the nativity story. We brought along our little people nativity and our special narrators hat. We nominated my Dad to read us Luke 2 as the kids moved the characters into the stable.

I'm still surprised that my Dad wore this hat. It probably has to do with his little grandbabies. They have him wrapped around their little fingers.
