For those of you that are unfamiliar with the ways of the smurf. Here is some information for you. Baby smurfs are dropped off by storks during blue moons.
The end of June, at our home, we are expecting a stork to make a special delivery. We are hoping that the color is not blue, pinkish white would be perfect. Also if a stork could actually bring the delivery by I would greatly greatly appreciate that.
For Christmas we wrapped up these cute little smurfs for our parents as our expecting announcement. I can't wait for their reactions. I'm sure the Rangers will get the smurfs reference but not so sure about my family.... So we gave them an extra hint. I think we have our families fooled so far but my mother in law is so good at reading people. She might know. I will definitely post the reactions.
*Update: everyone figured it out. The figurine really helped, if it was just the clue they may have been stumped. Rangers didn't expect this but they were soo excited. My side had us figured out. Except my aunt, we tricked her. It was especially funny since she had been joking about the "right" timing coming soon. Too bad we were one step ahead.
We are so excited and I'm glad we no longer have to keep our wonderful news a secret! Hooray for babies!!
