I Could Sleep All Day

What a week! We finally got back into the wonderful life of routine and then Bee wasn't feeling well.

Sick. Teething. Growing. Combo.

A few days ago I spent a couple hours sleeping in our glider rocking my precious baby. It was not comfortable at all but I loved being able to cuddle with Bee. When Bee is tired he doesn't like to be held, he wants to be in his own bed. That is with the exception of the last couple of days.

He sleeps so good through the night which is a huge blessing! Yesterday he slept all night woke up for a bite of breakfast and ready for a nap. He slept from 730- 700 then 800-1130!!! Holy cow! That's a lot of sleep.

Last night he was falling asleep anywhere and everywhere at 630. Bedtime it is then. He didn't have a very restful sleep but at least this time he was okay with being in our bed. No way was I sitting up ALL night in the glider. Even though he went to bed really early he still slept til 1100. He woke up a couple times but only for a sip of water.

Bee hasn't really been sick before with the exception of runny noses and a little cough. Him being sick has helped me to be grateful that I can stay at home with him. I didn't have to worry about work or daycare. I only have to think about Bee and what he needs today. The house can wait, today we are cuddling and enjoying every moment of snuggles.

We are so very very blest.

Now Bee can get better since I've learned to be more grateful when it comes to being a full time Mum!
